mudskippers???

WHat in the hades is a mudskipper, it's puzzling me, I saw the sign: DANGER MUDSKIPPER POINT! but what's a mudskipper, and does a lvl 58 need 2 fear them?

they r some new slayer monster , formally called mogres you need to speak to this guy to kill them, at lvl 58 they'd be ok, they only lvl 60

New slayer monsters, make sure that you wear the right stuff to attack them, bring good food and have the right slayer level.

Yeah the "mudskippers" aka mogres is a new slayer monster. You need to talk to a drunk guy by rimmington and sower him up and you need a fishing explode (bought from slayer masters) and the throw it into the sea and mogres will pop up.
