im assuming u mean the menaphite clothing, to get it u eitehr buy it off another player for enormous amounts, or do the rogue trade mini game \ quest, and take 3 bottles of dye to the linen dude in sophamen then buy it from "ali m" in al kharid

Is the reason the clothes are expensive because they are fairly new or is there some sort of bouns that they give. I haven't gotten to doing the mini game...

Because they are fairly new and people don't know them so they sell it for really high prices. But they are worth nothing. You can buy them in the shop for like 100 gp.
