whats the fastest way to get there?
i have money but im only willing to spend 1 mill to get there
not including the price of nats

buy silver bars or green hides then blue hides i guess.
if you buy silver bars you wont get anything to alch but if you craft green hide chest you can alch them and maybe make some profit.

very inexpensive ranging from 100-200 ea (less than silver)
however since im only f2p the dragon hides might be better

Well here's some options for you from calc:

9378 Green Hides = ~16mil (fastest)
11075 tiara's (more xp then holy symbols) = ~4.5mil
16612 hard leather bodies = ~2.5mil
38760 bow strings = ~4mil (slowest)

Um... I don't know about any way you could get there fast with only spending 1mil unless you collect a lot of your own supplies...

My advice.... give up crafting until you can spend more on it or until you have extrordinary amounts of dragonhides.

This will make it take longer but you can try killing green dragons so you can get pray xp, combat xp, and crafting xp all at the same time. This would take a lot longer though
