It's basicly how you can get your lvls up the best way so moved to Runescape Related Questions

And for a small answer. When I was f2p I bought my iron for 75 gp and coal for 150 gp each made steel bars and sold them for 550 each. That took me to lvl 69 smithing. And I got a lot of money with it :D

Fastest way to raise your smithing without loosing money would be to buy steel bars, make them into cannonballs and then sell the cannonballs.
