I have heard there are now elemental tallys dropped in the abbyse can someone confirm?

I was there for like 2 hours total and never got an elemential tally, got all 4 pouches though..

Oh well... not like i need an elemential tally anyways, got no room for it.

Hmm..i thought there was level restricts that decided who got pouches? I thought you had to be 70 odd runecrafting to get the 4th..is that another rumer flying around? Or true?

I think that's just to equip them. It's just like getting talismans. You can get a law tally at level 1 and not use it until lv 54.

Yes, elemental talismans are used to enter any of the 4 elemental altars.

About the pouches, anyone can get the drop, but you must have the required Runecrafting level in order to use them.
