Some Slayer help...

Can someone tell me what kind of shades i need to kill for slayer? Ive been given 78 shades to kill... Help?

I THINK there in the lost city..although im not sure are you sure they was just called shades?

Mort'ton dungeon i recon there the only monster that are called shades except random events

Its not Lost City, those are the Otherworldly Beings. I got told to go to Morytania, and kill those shades... The shades that show up (randomly) are like lvl 120 for me, and I would not enjoy killing those 78 TIMES!!! But, the guy just said kill 78 Shades... Period...

it's that city where you burn the skeletal remains for payer exp. i had that and thought it was the ones in lost city as well. but when i got there i didn't get any exp so i did a search

Just to shine a little bit of light on everyone's random guesses (some were really close), the correct place to kill shades is *drumroll* Mort'ton. I think you need to be midway through or finished "Nature Spirit" quest to get there. Once you're there, you can battle Loar (?) shades, Phrin (?) shades , etc. and the lowest shade is level 40 so 78 should be no problem. Just remember to run through the swamp as the ghasts will rot your food and the swamp might too. If you do the "Shades of Mort'ton" quest however, you might be able to use the general store to sell food to and buy from. Good luck killing those 78, you'll need it!
