no1 knows why they did it inless you are a jagex emplyer

the idea was to make rc easier to lvl and so tht more people took interest in makeing there own runes instead of buying laods at high prices

tiaras was just to make it faster and 1 space can make more runes if u use pouches

Its not hard to post in the right forum.. Question answered.

dkniftion2004 explained it saves 1 space.. so you can carry 1 extra essence.
