hmm.. I suggests skeletons in varrock sewers, thats where I train at, But I can;t promise you that you can do it in one day, it depends on how much you play. If you train 24 hours, yes than.

Train guards at edgeville,believe me,the place owns and you can pk a weaker lvl if you want,youre close to wildy and bank

Even at those levels you may find that training on monks in the Monk's Abbey works well. After fighting them and taking a bit of damage, just speak with them to be healed. Rather simple, but it's effective. 30-40 wouldn't take long at all.

train at skeletons u can afk cus they auto attack you. plus they haev a decent amount of hits and dont hit to hard

Edgville Dungeon, Hill Giants.

They drop Big Bones 2-400 each, Limpwurt Roots what sell for up to 2-500 each. Laws, Natures, Deaths, Chaos, Fires, Waters, Minds etc...and drop coins fairly common too.

This will give you some good prayer, they are level 28, and can hit up to 4 I think, take a few Cakes just in case.

varrock sewer skeletons, monks, or barbarians.

Normal men always work too, for fast killage :)
