Black Items

Black Scimitar: Steal from a chest (with like 68 thieving)
Black plate: Buy from the armory in Varrock
Black Platelegs: Buy from Champions Guild
Black Helmet: Same as above.
Black Kiteshield: A drop from Ice Giants
Black Chainbody: Buy from the chainbody shop in Falador.

And, you can get alot from the black knights in the BKF inn the wild, level 12.

Yes, one of the few black drops in f2p...to be honest...although mossies drop black squares I believe.

I dont think so, Black scimitars are only from shade burning or at the pally tower.

Moss Giants drop a variety of things...
like mith shortswords, black squares, steel kites, and some other steel stuff..

All the info from the list of Black Items I got from another site where they have such lists (but I did not copy it directly, I put it in my own words and made it easier to understand). When I said "none are specified" then the site did not post what dropped that item. And when I said that Black Knights rarely drop anything Black, I was talking about the ones Not in the Wild. Who would go into the Wild to get some poor weapons and armor thats cheep to buy in the first place from Players? Some might though, but I dont know why they would risk it.

Does the black knights fortress (like from the quest) have the knights that drop black items?

Might be, but I cant be sure, only way is to go there and check for yourself.
