All dragonhide sets make profit. An example is green dragonhide vambraces, The hides are 1k each, nature rune 300gp, thread and needle 2gp. They high alchemy for 1.9k. Dragonstones are bought for 60-70k, gold bar 300gp and string 100gp. They sell for 80k minimum.

you are not that correct no one sell green hide for 1k prices start at 1.2-1.5k

also high alco give only 1.5k not 1.9 so most of the time ull need to make your own nats just to keep form loosing anything

profit on hides only start once u can make green body or higher anything else is just loss loss or a no profit situation

Gold rings. :?
Believe me, I've done 32K on that. Extremely slow, but it's more profitable than any other F2P crafting item. Gem rings are of course more profitable, but you have to get the gems for them

I suck at crafting  Don't some people make a living off orb crafting? I think I remember someone who was planning to make a ton of orbs for fast crafting exp and to sell to anyone who wanted them...

Don't think it's feasible though...

Ya, but for ammies (f2p) you really have to be making power or strength ammies to make any money. Def and magic ammies just don't sell very well.

like the title says can crafting be profitable? when you cut gems, the price drops, then when you make them into jewelry, the price of gem+gold bar is greater than the price of the jewelry. So is there any item that is actually profitable to craft?

red dhide is very profitable 50k a set ez and black is like 40-50k a set also

glorys you can get d stones 65k each and make em into glorys and sell em 90k each
