well im not getting into a debate or argument about it.. what im saying is that yes it makes u run for longer, reason for that because it is recharging slightly as you run.. when im running sometmes it will go down a few, then stop at one for just a breif period, and keep going down.. but yeah.. it does make you run long faster..

thats basically the best thing about agility, the fact it makes you run further distances, and makes your energy recharge alot faster. High agility allows you also to access shortcuts, such as the lvl 81 required short cut in slayer cave. well its the first shortcut in the cave anyways.
