1. What is the fastest way to get smithing exp? [Doesn't matter about the profit/money]

your f2p so best thing for smith xp is steel bars if u want to sell them aswell but dont forget gold bars they give great smith xp and you can smith more my trip all ya need is 1 gold ore plus u can sell them to members or f2p at decent prices

2. How many ores can the Lvl. 43 Magic spell - Superheat Item smelt?
Does it only smelt one bar? or as many as you want?

per cast it only makes one bar which personally its a waste seeing as 1 natures costs around 350gp and you will make no profit selling the bars that way
