What the hell!!! This ***** me off! (its about a clue)

I was fighting some guards for range and I came upon this for my first clue scroll. I was on my fourth part of the hunt when I came upon this...

This is where it is

I can't get in there!!!!! Do I need to do a quest or something???

By the way, Priest In peril is easy, talk to King Raold in Varrock, and you have to kill a level 30 enemy.

You need to keep up on current quests...like I haven't none, lol. I remember once I hard to start waterfall quest to get a clue.

Yes, you must do Priest in Peril, very easy quest, as was mentioned, lvl 30 dog and um... I think it was 50 rune essence...

Hey thanks. I didn't get much form the clue lol. just addy full helm (t) addy axe and 13 laws.

One quick question, do the wolfmen and wolfwomen in Morytania drop lvl 3 clues?

Lol we'll thats an ok clue...

And yes, the wolfmen drop lvl 3 clues...

However, if you use the wolfbane dagger & they stay in human form, they drop lvl 2 clues..

I think they drop the weakest level 3 clue, but the vampires drop the highest level 2 clues, pretty much addy trim all the time.

I thought a monster is in a certain category, and then the loot is random from that category
