I have read the guide on combat training yet i find skeletons for my iron pure a waste as they continusly hit on my low def. Anyone got any ideas.

Im f2p and have 25 attack and 40 strength and 32 hp.

Monks,im currently train on them for my pure,but he has some lower stats so maybe you 1 or 2 hit them

Monks, then once they get too easy, try barbarians just to the south.
