unkown fremmy trials riddle

i have tried all of the RuneHq answers to the riddle but all failed to open the door

here is the riddle:

My first is in water, and also in tea
My second is in Fish, but not in the sea
My third is in mountains, but not underground
My last is in strike, but not in pound

My whole crushes mountains, drains rivers and destroys civilizations
all that live fear my passing
