70% Shards Back...Where?

I am going to use the ogre to get a 70% shard return on my pouches.

But I dont know where he is

What city is he in.

And when I ask that, I mean what quests will I have to do to get to him. But I can figure that out if someone tells me what city he is in.

Located at where the summon altar and summon shop icons are.

Gu'Tannoth. I don't think you need to have done any of the quests to get to where he is, not sure though.

You can exchange the pouches while noted. There may be an exchange right click option, but if I remember right, you have to talk to him to get the option.

You can just use the Watchtower teleport (after you've completed the quest for that) or house teleport if your POH is located in Yanille, and depending on how many different types of pouches you have to exchange, it would probably only take you one or two trips from Yanille bank to the summoning guy in Gu'Tanoth. Pretty quick really.
