As many people have stated, Red Chichompas are a more stable means of income, not to mention, the fact that there are no Revennants at their location. Although both are a feasible way to make cash, I suggest something even more easy, collecting Blue Dragon Scales for pure cash. For example, I make 200-250k per hour collecting them, and that's without level 70 Agility.
