Thats hard to read but check jericho's house just south of the west bank. The house with pigeon cages behind it. The drawers will be locked with a note saying it's a guards life. Just go kill a guard for a key

its the first house south of the NORTH bank. Then you need to find a key, so kill what ever the clue says.

kill a guard to get the key the search the drawers, I have had this clue a lot

guys there are some sites that give u clue help, i dunno if rsbandb does but like runehq and tipit i know do

At the time of this first posted runehq was down and rsbandb didn't have the special report. Now they do. And as for tip.it I'll leave my opinion to myself or get in trouble.
