It says that it's special effect is restoring your energy based on your agility levels. Does that means that when you have 70 agility and you do the special that you get 70% energy restored?

I can't make them yet so I can't test it out. But if I could make them would they be good while runecrafting? Because when I'm right I think it's a good way to keep running between the bank and altar.

from what i understand it givs you 50% of your agility level, so at 70 you get 35% energy back.

I'm currently at 76 Agility and when I use a terrorbird scroll I get 20 pts back. These are great for training other skills with. There is some annoyance with having to drop 12 from your inventory then swapping with the terrorbird's, but all in all they are a great addition to the game in my opinion.

I can't answer the agility level to energy question but it would be very useful while rune crafting, another skill that it is awesome with is summoning.

The only problem with this is that you have to use Abyssal beasts to carry items through the Abyss. So no Terrorbird, no tireless run scrolls.

And what if I just carry those in my inventory? Sacrificing 1 rune for nearly endless energy doesn't sound to bad.

You can carry them, or charge an object to hold the scrolls for you. :)

Not bad in the least.

At level 54 you will be able to summon an Abyssal Parasite that will carry 7 additional ess through the abyss.

At level 62 you now have access to summon an Abyssal Lurker that will carry 7 additional ess as well through the abyss.

Spirit terrorbirds restore energy equal to half of your agility level (you would gain 35 energy per scroll.

I would not recommend them in the abyss since using energy pots only cost about 150 each nowadays and you perhaps need to use them 3/4 runs. Abyssal parasites are incredible. Gained 3k an hour experience rate, which is a huge difference in profit when doing deaths.

Spirit terrorbird scrolls cost just as much as energy pots, but just save you an extra click while banking (takes no time). The problem with spirit terrorbirds is that you have to stop moving in order for the effect to work. You lose a few seconds a run than when you just use the potions.

Abyssal parasites also allow you to have prayer in the abyss just in case your in a tough situation. There's really no reason why you should use terrorbirds over parasites while rcing.

I heard that it is a random amount of energy given between 50-75% of your agility level but idk

If you had a good agility level, around 80+, you'd have almost unlimited energy.

:D

They heal energy well, not sure the exact %. But, those are extremely useful in Herb Running. ;)
