hey my main got hacked *sobs* but I've started again and im looking for the most effective way to train my strength has any got any ideas? locations timings you know.....x

You could try this.

If you want to get 70+ yaks/experiments are best if you don't care about drops.

IF you do want drops then I would suggest Slayer.

What does str training have to do with you main getting hacked. Did you mean your account was stolen and unrecoverable? And that you are starting fresh off tutorial island again?

Training on Bandits is a good way to level Strength too.

I've found it to be really good and really fast XP.

If you're still low leveled and in f2p I suggest cows and goblins and then guards, hill giants and moss giants.
