best/easiest 99??

Fletching is definitely not the easiest. It involves too many steps... You have to alch the bows after, nobody will buy yew longs with the exchange out.

Cooking may be the easiest, just because you can surf the net while doing it. Firemaking would be the next after that

fletching cooking or woodcutting have to be the easiest three. the most useful/best 99 would probably be combat skills/slayer. make money for what you need that way, plus less dieing (hooray).
