Go to http://runescape.com and click "New User"

Create a username and choose a password.

Then, go back to the main page and click "Existing User"

Choose high or Low detail.

Choose a world and wait for the java applet to load.

When loaded put your username and password in.

Tutorial Island should help you from here.

When you get on you can talk, I recommend you train on cows or goblins
