I was just curious if you could and how. cuz i dont want to waste my time with hill giants...

You can change your assignment, but only to a lower lvl monster.

Yes, you can change.
To change it, go to the Slayer master at Burthrope and ask for a new assignment.
But you have to finish this assignment to change again..
