Construction and Herblore Questions!

What's the best way to level construction?

I have currently 48 or something construction and about 9k oak logs stored up...aiming for 70 construction but am stopping at 60 first

I only have 8 Mill to spend so I don't really wanna do the servant method as it would leave me pretty much bankrupt.

I heard of a method using hot air balloons to make my logs into planks but i can't seem to find the right inventory to do it (too much weight)

Also, I can use that new lunar magicks spell, would that be faster? Can i use that on notes? Like have my 9k oak logs, enough runes for all of them and just sit in my kitchen?

Second: Herblore

I have a stack of herbs and a few questions on what to do with them

First, What is the sanfew cure all potion? Whats the use and is it good to train with?

Now with avantoe, kwaurm and irit...what should i make them into, they all have a few different potions and I dunno which to choose!

What's the best way to get vials? Water filled or not, doesn't matter.

And is the star flower potion useful to level herblore with?

I would say make kwuarm and irit into super strength and super attack potions. Those are the most useful from those two herbs in my opinion.

That's what I was thinking...thing is i have over 800 Super Attacks already (too lazy to sell em)

Kwaurm is definately being made into super strengths, cause weapon poison is no use nowadays

Actually the 'servant' method is actually cheap. In the course of powerleveling from 50 to 75, I managed to spend about 200k-300k on the Demon Butler.

Unless you mean that's the process of turning the logs into planks.

Back then I just bought oak planks from people, spent somewhat 20m~, but that's only because prices were still high, about 1.2k per plank. But since you already got the logs and it's a waste of time selling them back, I'd say go for the hot air balloon method if it's faster than walking back and forth to the bank.

If that doesn't work, get some trustworthy clanmates and friends to help you out.

Question: How much does the spottier cape reduce your weight? If it's something like 5-10 than i'm gonna go ahead and get 66 hunter before i start construction...

I use the hot air balloons this is how I do it currently:
You need boots of lightness and a dueling ring

Start at CW
Get out from bank: Money (1 mill), 1 willow, rest fill with oak logs
Put back 4 oak logs due to weight restrictions (this is where the cape would help)
Go to hot air ballons, fly to varrock, get ur planks, use ur dueling ring to tele back to CW and start again.

So you see where it would help....

Any better way to use the hot air balloons btw?

to answer your construction question I've heard from a friend that mining limestone east of varock and making it into limestone fire places is cheap but you'd need ALOT of limestone.

With Herblore, I gather all herbs above harralander, and make the most efficient potions. I.e. make Super Attack, not Super Anti, and Make Energy, not Stat Restore.

Don't use the new lunar spell fo making planks. It is rather useless. 1 nat already costs more than normal to make the oak plank. Also a slow cast and it only does one log at a time.
