I read on a guide that you need Witchwood Icon to kill Cave Horrors.


What's the use of them? and how do i use it? :P

Sorry if this question seems stupid but i really want to be prepared because it's not good for you when you go attack a monster and you dont know whats your slayer item for :P

From the screenshot I saw on another site, it looks like an amulet that you have to wear in order to hit the cave horrors much.

just buy it from slayer master and then just wear it like an amulet. it's like the earmuffs. the horrors sometime they would scream and the amulet is to help protect you
