lol, white armor is really bad. its like steel or black or something. initiate is the same as mithril but with a good prayer bonus. proselyte is the same as addy but with the best prayer bonus available. the best prayer armor is veracs armor... not the best prayer bonus, but the def makes up for it.
if you are looking for the best prayer bonus... go with this"
head: proselyte sallet
cape: n/a unless you beat the fight caves. fire cape.
neck: holy/unholy symbol
weapon: veracs flail or a mace depending on your attack level and quest completion.
body: prselyte hauberk
shield: prayer book. or broodoo shield if you havent beaten horror.
gloves: white gloves (kill 800 black nights after "wanted" or buy from a player)
legs: proselyte cuisse
ring: n/a
boots: white boots (same as gloves)
if you are planning on good prayer and have the levels and req'd quests, i recomend this instead.
head: berzerker helm
cape:obby, legends, or god cape
neck: power, str, glory or fury (wouldn't recomend risking fury)
weapon: flail or whip (i hate whips. i only mention it because they are good)
body:proselyte hauberk
shield: prayer book or obby shield.
hands: recipe for disaster gloves (only iron or better, else clanks gauntlets)
legs: proselyte cuisse
ring: recoil or life. depend on whether you think you will die or not.
boots: climbing or rune.
your decision. the first is if you are going to use prot prayers constantly. the second requires another prayer potion or 2, but you will hit much higher and not have to pray to not die to the corridor monsters.
if you have veracs, its up to you. you can use it, but you will take some damage on your armor. hopefully your reward is better than your losses.
