Kalphite Queen - What levels?

I want to know what levels me and 2 friends should have?

Person 1- 99 def, 90 hp, 75 attack, 80 strength (not changable)
Person 2- currently 80/80/80 82 Hp(changable)
Person 3- What should they have?

Yer, it should be fine as long as you bring p pots and veraks.
