New Capes

In what places of the wildy do you find the merchants that sell the new capes, and do they only provide as much defense as a normal cape?

chaos alter, warrior castle, graveyard and thats the only places i have heard. but theres more i just read that in somebody elses post.

I've heard reports of a seller up by the members gate in lvl 45.

Can be found at rogues.

i dont get it... why cant they just have a shop in varrock or sumtin... they should expand the wilderness, and what are capes 5-15-25-etc/...? they have numbers and what are there names and stats?
