Construction Question

I have a question about construction. If I have a basement, (Skill or quest hall, stairs go down) can I still have a dungeon?

I believe your basement is your dungeon. You're able to build dungeon rooms and normal rooms. I think.

yeah, thats wat it is. You cant have 2 basements

Really? jagex said that you can have up to 3 floors.. what if you build ground then stires down to a dungen then more stires down to the next floor?

I thought some player did that

If i remember right u can have 2 floors up, but not 2 floors down

You can't build like a throne room in the basement and have a drop-down pit, you can only build a dongeon from ground lvl.

You can have 3 floors above the ground, and 1 underground.

no there is the ground floor then the second floor, then you have the basement for dungeons and stuff.
