Troll Puzzle Box.. Solved.. Now what? Please help.

I got a lvl 3 clue from a blue dragon and have gone through 2 steps to the clue. I finally got this puzzle box and completed it. The guides only tell me how to solve the puzzle which only took me around 10 weeks. (sarcasim). So now that it is solved, what is it supposed to mean? I have to fight a river troll?
