How much does the redemption prayer heal when it's effect works?

It heals 25% of your prayer lvl.
If your prayer lvl is 100, it can heal 25hp

To me, its not really worth it. Even if you do have 99 prayer, it still doesnt heal much. And it takes away all the rest of your prayer which you could use on one of the protect prayers.

true but if you have 99 prayer and carry a couple pots with you, then you can last for a longer period without food than other people can.
