You can make one in paint or photoshop (2 most commonly used). Or if you ask real nicely, someone might make you one in the Graphic Trader.

After you get your signature, you need to go to http://www.imageshack.us. There you can upload it and put it into your signature by going to profile, and putting the "direct link" imageshack gives you and putting it in
