I personally think they should stay at or around about 2-3M. Why?

Well, first day it came out, I personally went down there to Waterbirth Island and attempted to get it. The bosses are exceptionally hard and you might have to crush 2-3+ of them.

Not to mention you have to deal with the Walluski's on your way in. A constant Water Wave barrage.
