u get from kissing a frog it is a random event

No you dont get it from a frog. The forest random event gives it to you. You are teled to a forest area and a guy tells you to kill a certain animal and if you do it correct you get cloths.

its a random event,, the guy teleportes u to a clearing, with only pheasants with diff tails and the guy tells u to "kill the 4tailed pheasant and bring me the carcass after you kill it"

then u leave and he gives u hat after u go thru the portal,

off topic-: did u ask the guy in edgeville in a f2p world lol

i got lost, cuz i cudnt find the portal when i got it lol, i asked my friend, i ran around and found it was on the other side of where i was standing..
