Manya: Commandernad AGAIN? Anyone out there want to know why we don't have RSF9 out yet?
Alex 43: Politeness, Manya. It's Friday, remember?
Manya: *Sigh* Politeness day, yes.
Since I can't attend the RSBANDB event, I decided to put together this little story instead. The script format just makes it easier for me to write and for other un-reasonable purposes.
Alex 43: And harder for everyone else to read.
Manya: You ever wonder why no one likes script format, Alex 43?
Alex 43: It's not very difficult. Players often like to scan through stories and scripture, unknowing that in script format, every word counts. usually though the scanning, players lose what's going on in these sorts of stories, as they are used to scanning regular story format, as they are able to skip parts without losing track of the events.
Manya: ... woah. You're amazing, Alex 43.
Commander: Welcome to the RuneScape Daily Sports Talk. I'm your host, Commander, bringing you to today's highlights on the first round of the International Castlewars Championships! Or ICC for short! Today's competition features the Fighters of Falidor as Saradomin and Avina's Castlewars School as Zamorak.
Manya: Who is Falidor?
Alex 43: Their coach, I presume.
It seemed like they were off to a good start until as usual, someone ended up in the doghouse. Team Falidor's coach will talk about the little "incident".
Alex 43: It involved 5 Zaros magi, everyone on the team standing on one spot for some wierd reason, and a whole lot of cursing.
Coach: The little incident? You mean the one involving the player with the # 2 team cape and the one with the # 12 team cape?
Commander: Yep that's the one.
Manya: Recap: Guy wears cape #2. Guy wears cape #12. Guy with cape #2 gets jealous of guy with cape #12. Guy with cape #2 pours explosive potion in guy with cape #12's evening tea. Fireworks show followed. Guy with cape #2 now has a cape #12.
Coach: It all started off with # 2 player Jon Z. collapsing a wall onto his sister and teamate player # 12 Muriel Z. and nearly killing her. Me and the judge are going to have a meeting about the incident and come to a decision about whether we should suspend him
Alex 43: Dip him into a covenient pot of molten magma,
Manya: Hit him with a doorframe,
or not.
Alex 43: I vote doorframe.
Jon Z.: She started it! It was a freak accident anyways!
Commander: Jon, you are the "Player of Legends" aren't you?
Alex 43: He plays for legends.
Manya: The team's pianist.
Jon Z.: Well no one can suspend me, I'm the one they know as "The Player of Legends"!
Manya: *As Jon* Without me, our team with have to go ... *Dramatically* WITHOUT MUSIC!
Coach: Muriel Z. might have something to say about this...
Alex 43: *As Muriel* I vote doorframe.
Muriel Z.: Jon keeps saying I threw an explosive potion at him! Then he collapsed something on me!
Alex 43: Ice mountain.
Manya: His teeth.
Commander: Let's hear what the judge has to say about this.
Alex 43: *As Judge* I vote doorframe.
Judge: Thanks Commander, clearly it seems that # 12 threw the explosive potion at # 2 and # 2 collapsed the wall on # 12.
Coach: So you're saying that we should suspend both of them?!
Alex 43: No, we doorframe them both.
Judge: Teamkilling/attacking is a pretty serious offence according to the Castlewars rule book. Later, me and the coach of both teams will have a meeting regarding player 2 and 12.
Manya: *As coach* All right, everyone pile up on that same square foot of land right there!
Alex 43: *As members* We vote doorframe.
Muriel Z.: I was trying to blow up Zamorak team's barricades! Jon accidently got in the way and was hit by the explosion. Then he started blaming me for everything, then he collapsted a wall on me!
Alex 43: Ah ha, but how did they know that there wasn't Zamorakian there in the first place? If they were reacting so fast so as to not notice their team-mates, there must have been some opposing force nearby. And collapsing the wall would have taken it out too!
Manya: Thanks for that, Alex 43.
Jon Z.: Well I wasen't trying to get in the way! I was just trying to see what you were doing! Collapsing the wall was nothing but a freak accident!
Manya: Whoops! I swung my pickaxe 20 times on that wall and accidently made it collapse on this one conveniently well-coordinated spot!
Judge: Sibling rivalry these days...
Alex 43: You and Darren.
Manya: You and Karl.
Coach: We'll find out who did what and whether it was a "freak accident" later I guess.
Manya: *As Coach* NOTHING stops me from my toffee break! *Eats toffee*
Commander: Well that's all for now, I sure hope "The Player of Legends" doesn't disapoint his fans.
Alex 43: All his fans voted doorframe.
Manya: That's enough, Alex 43.
Not bad, Commandernad. Your spelling is exceptional, and you even spelled Coach Falidor's name correct. I didn't know you even knew him! A little more punctuation would do the world of good. Your stories need more length in them, and a little more humor wouldn't hurt either. Other then that, well done on another good skit.
