Interesting.
Jagex has a serious problem with bug testing things like this.
A bug that's very easy to spot are the two "deposit/withdraw 10" options at your local bank.

Actually, that's not a bug. If you use the withdraw-x or deposit-x options, the second of the 10 turns into the number you typed in.
