The Tutorial is not the only planned improvement to Lumbridge. There will be the Lumbridge Achievement Diary, packed with Beginner, Easy and Medium tasks. High-level players will have no trouble completing these assignments, but there are certainly some interesting rewards to be had. Be prepared to craft, mine, explore and tan your way to success!

Ooh, lol I think they said something about having one for low levels... Don't know why they'd put the icon before they release it though... Kind of like what they did with the "Strange Orange Dot."

They let out hints and easter eggs before big updates, always

and what yuo're thinking of (the one for the low-levels) is something else... that's going to be little jobs around town you can do for npc's to earn money. This achievement diary will be like all the others
