just dont make pure.. use ur main.. get high stats.. like 90 atk 95 str, 90 defense

80 something pray

90 something magic
80 something range

and start pking in mage bank

cuz lvl doesn't really matter at mage bank.. since the range is around 50 lvls

I am currently going for 40 attack and whatever str. After a while I will get Magic and Ranged levels as long as they don't affect combat.

I swear - if I see another chicken I am going to puke. I am wasting so many perfectly good brain cells here ya know...

d hides doesnt really matter, i recently fought a guy in full d hides and i hit him like crazy with magic... look him up afterwards and found out his magic was pathetic.. if u dont believe me then make a pure with no magic yourself.. leave it at 1 magic and get it to like combat 40.. wear full dragon hide(no body), should be +21 magic resistance and see a mage hit you like crazy.

i think this accnt is all wrecked though ill give you my training spots

lvl1: rats
lvl5: rats(bigger rats)
lvl:10 : cows
lvl 15... i have been training on monks!
monks are g00d for exp! and you dont have to bring food!..i stopped when i get to lvl 40 att and probably like 45-50 str

then start training in karamja.. scoripions or the redspiders if u like

u just bring money to buy tunas(i recommend this) and then keep on training!

by the way my str pure stats are: lvl 44combat(will lvl up if str is lvled)
56(almost57 str)
47 hp
40 att
15 prayer(ill train it no more)
27 magic..will be training it cuz i p00ned n00bs mages that uses only chaos

and yeah

keep att and str balance until you get to 40 att and str.. then str all the way.. without prayer.. u will get hp! unlike mine which is 3 lvls only ahead lolx.. any way there..i hope i helped

Given the hide type, and the rangers power, they should win. No, im not saying that a guy with 43 range is going to kill a tb'ing pure mage, but I am saying that a ranger with 65-70 range will still stand a chance against the tb'ing pure mage. Just remember, its not who has the better stats. Its how you use your stats

They can heal you so you don't need food.
They heal themselves so you can fight them longer.
They give great exp (for a noob) :wink:

If you wanna pk.. then it's a whole different story... It's either a pker or a dueler
