I've mentioned this before, I wouldn't say that because you do have to be 13 or older to legaly be a member of this site, or runescape.

He really is 12... He's posted his picture a couple of times, and he played on Xbox Live with me, and we'd chat. He's not an adult, or someone that sounds like anything older than 13.

He told me his parents signed a paper, and allowed him to join the site.

And if you read an area under your RuneScape username and password when you're creating an account, it says something like "I, or who is signing up this account, is over the age of 13." A parent or guardian can sign their child up if they are not over the age of 13.

And besides, what could he possibly get in trouble for.

Yes I know its bad for you, during lunch period at school. Its a rotc uniform but I dont wear my ribbons only name tag unless going to some kind of exhibition.
