I thought it was microsoft for some reason. But who knows? I bet sometime soon they are going to make a mp3 player that is better then the ipod.

Im not being bad to Apple either. My 16 year old cousin got an iPod for her birthday. It starts spazzing and freezing at random times. Then the battery dies after not even 4 months of use. So she gets it replaced for $50 US. Then it dies the next week again. So she got sent a FREE yes thats right FREE Apple iPod. Not just the 4gb regular one. A 4gb Apple iPod Photo because of what happened to her. If you dont belive me fine but ive seen it my bro has seen it.

pssh scratches are near unavoidable..i got mine and dropped it on the second day i had it, put a good ol scratch on the back

my dad bouht an MP3 about a year ago. it's working nice but it's crap. i went and read the instructions but nothing made sense and you know why.

the stupid company sold us a new model in a box, however the booklet was from their OLDER MODEL. i spent an hours just trying to figure out how to even put songs in it.... until i realize that i have to turn it on before it can transfer songs..... :oops:

hmm. at the costco here they are selling the old ipod miniees for $130, comes with all necisarry corda, and some extra things like headphones and case...

i think im might buy it cuz 1. the new ipod nano looks flimsy 2. its just as good as nano but alot cheaper 3. wont have to spend more than the ipod itself cost on ecessories (or w/e their called lol) and 4. i would mabye get a dell or sony, but everyone i know has ipod so its only one i can really trust *and ask ppl how to use*, besides, i hate it when ppl do their jobs wrong, like i went to jack in the box a cuple days ago, they got half the stuff wrong, so i marched back in and yelled at the lady... i hate it when idiots with even the simple-ist jobs screw up, and if sum1 gave me a bad ipod, id prolly show up at the apple headquarters with a tank (jk, kinda lol)

*but i live in cali, what can u expect of service around here, lol*

If your afraid of scratches geting on your iPod DONT I repeat DONT get an iPod Nano. I got mine in the mail from "connections" and it got scratched the first day of use. It was in its own pocket in my backpack and I usually toss around my backpack cause my minis in their but now its a piece of cr*p, but my nano got scratched even when I made sure to set it down gently. If your going to get a Nano WAIT till iSkin comes out with its skin for it. I got an iSkin Wild Style for my mini and my photo and since the day I put them on no scratches what so ever. Nano has only been out for like a month and it already has a bad rep at all major iPod fansites for getting scratched. If you want advice on what kind of iPod to purchase and any iPod related stuff I suggest you browse iLounge, google it. If you looking for skins for your iPod search for iSkin on google. Were I come from therees a VERY strong sense of material culture and at my school if you dont got an iPod you pretty much dont got an mp3 player, but if I was FORCED to get something besides an iPod I would probably get a Creative an iRiver or a Dell DJ. Thats all my input, hope I could help.
