The highest the compatibility mode goes is Windows 2000  . But it works on my brothers laptop, so I don't think that that is the issue.

Ok, well I tried all the compatibility modes, but no success. Where am i sposed to switch the compatibility mode exactly?

If it helps, many older games stopped installing after my brother deleted something called python or something like that off our computer.
