Problem installing game

I get this message when I try to install SimFarm (good old classic :D ) :(
Any ideas how to fix this?

The highest the compatibility mode goes is Windows 2000 :? . But it works on my brothers laptop, so I don't think that that is the issue.

No, you want to put the compatibility lower, like windows 98 or something.

Ok, well I tried all the compatibility modes, but no success. Where am i sposed to switch the compatibility mode exactly?

If it helps, many older games stopped installing after my brother deleted something called python or something like that off our computer.
