I accidentally moved my Photoshop CS3 Application starter which started Photoshop CS3 up onto my desktop and it wasn't a shortcut, It was the actual file and earlier I accidentally permanently deleted it. Is there anyway I can open Photoshop CS3 without the application button?

Fixed, Just went to run and typed in Photoshop CS3

Would I have to re-install for a desktop shortcut?

If you found your executable file, just right-click it and go to Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)
