How can I edit out parts of music files? Example, if I want just a part of a song to be a ring tone, how can I make it just that part?

I asked this question some time ago and the best thing to do is download AudaCity It is saved as a rare file name so you need to convert it to .mp3 or .wav by using the Lame MP3 Encorder
If you don't know how to edit the music just read this.
