How do i put pictures in?

Can you guys plz help.
Tell me how i put pictures off my deskyop into my posts.

I have a mac computer not a pc. :cry:

To take pictures what I do is go to Applications, then the Utilities folder from there. Find the "Grab" utility (The icon has scissors in the forground). To take pictures have grab opened, go to capture on the top bar and go to selection. Highlight the area you want and let go of the mouse. Save the picture.

Go to http://www.imageshack.us and click on browse. Find the file and click ok. Click "Host it!" take the url in the very last box "direct link" and copy it. Make a post and type this:
