It just says "User Avatar" for me. My avatar is 22.97kb and 120x120, so I don't see why its not working.

Try relinking it, there may be a problem with the link you used.

Locked as it's resolved.

If you were using ImageShack, you may have been using the wrong codes. You have to go to the very bottom and click "+ Show Advanced Linking" and use the direct link for it to work in the avatar place, even though they say to not use it.
