Ok, I am still having problems. I actually made my animation in imageready and it will only let me save it as a psd or to export it as the flash file. I figured out how to export all of the animation frames as a .gif file but then I cant figure out how to get them all put back together in an animation.

Can anyone help out this photoshop noob?
