I am having trouble, i cannot check personal highscores and it just come up white :(

what browneser do you use?

try with different ones, for example: mozilla firefox, opera.

or download runescape client form http://www.runescape.com

The RS client by Jagex is basically a link that you click and it opens in your default browser. In easy terms, a desktop link.
So its not really anything special.
Try d/ling a browser such as FireFox and if it still comes up white you may be missing a plugin, or you may not have sufficient internet privileges to use this site.
