Checksum Errors + Error 101 ...again and again and again..

I've never even heard of that error if I had it before I would tell you how to fix it if I figured it out hope it doesnt happen much anymore :lol:

man, could this be because i'm not Administrator?
if so, i can only play in Safe Mode to load the Game Codes etc. but i don't know if I should... should I? Safe Mode isn't the best way to download via Internet...
