Lock me please

I'm having a little problem. First, when I record videos using HyperCam, the file size is extremely large. A 2 second video took up 521 kb. Also, does anyone know how to put a video on an HTML website? I've tried it but it never seems to work. Also, does anyone know a good website to upload videos?

1. Get a free hosting somewhere (lycos, hostultra, 150mb, etc.)
2. Upload Your Movie To one of those
3. Enter the following html code onto the website:

<EMBED SRC="LINKTOYOURMOVIE.avi" HEIGHT=? WIDTH=? CONTROLLER=TRUE></EMBED>

4. Enjoi! [dont know how to make file smaller xcept refilming

]

And btw, dont use hypercam, use Camtasia [30 day free trial]

You can zipp it if you want people do download it. But if viewing it online, that'll some bandwidth and space.
Hostmyfile.net use to be a great soure of uploading, but seems like it's down now. Also, try lifelesspeople.com 's hosting, it's pretty nice.

I have Winzip, but I only use it for me downloading things off the Internet. How do you zip your own file to make it downloadable?

In Winzip select a new zip file and then drag the file into it then save

I'm not sure if draggin in will work. But just right click the things you want to zip and click 'zip' simple.

Yes, but what he used to compress the file. I've tried file compressors but they all stay large.
