Naming kid after TV show/ Movie show characters

So long as you're not putting the kid in a humiliating position then sure.

One of my good friends named her daughter Bella, now guess where that name came from..?

I don't see a problem with it as long as it's not something ridiculous.
I'm not having kids, but since over the years I've seem to have lost most of my creativity, I would name my child after a screen character. (Though really.. wouldn't be all MY choice) If only.

Thought about changing my own name to a name of a character before, still pondering it.

But I also forgot to mentioned (took me a bit to connect the dots)
My niece's name is Kiara while we have a 9 year old pitbull named Nala.

What the heck is wrong with this family.

If the name sounds normal or is just a generic name then there's nothing wrong with that. If the name is just so outlandish then it probably wouldn't be a good idea.
